How buying works

  1. Save your vehicle.

    Enter its make, model and year once.

  2. Find parts that fit.

    Search, and see only parts listed for your vehicle. Compare up to four on price, condition, warranty, shop rating and distance.

  3. Agree the price.

    Pay the asking price, or make an offer. The seller can accept, counter or decline.

  4. Pay with Mobile Money.

    Your money is held by a payment provider, not sent to the seller.

  5. Collect and confirm.

    Go to the shop, or send someone you trust, check the part, and give the seller your pickup code. Only then is the seller paid.

Your money is held until you collect

Held, not sent. When you pay, the money waits with the payment provider.

Released by you. The seller is paid only when you hand over your pickup code at the shop.

Protected if something goes wrong. If the part is wrong or damaged, raise a problem before you give your code. The money stays held while our team looks at both sides.

Refunded if it does not happen. If the order is cancelled, you get your money back.

Not yet. You collect the part at the shop in Suame Magazine, yourself or through someone you send with your pickup code.

Can I talk to the seller first?

Yes. Every offer has its own message thread with the seller. Their phone number is shown once you have paid.

What if I cannot collect in time?

You have 7 days after the seller marks the part ready. After that, the order is cancelled and your money is refunded.

What if nobody has listed my part?

Tell the market what you need. Post a request with the part and your vehicle, and shops that have it send you a price and photos. Choose one and pay the usual way, with your money held until you collect. A request stays open for 7 days.
