How selling works
-
Verify once.
Sign up with your phone number and confirm your identity with your Ghana Card. One verification covers every shop you open.
-
List your parts.
Take photos on your phone and answer a few questions: which vehicle it fits, its condition, your price. The app guides you step by step.
-
Agree the price.
Buyers can pay your price or make an offer. You accept, counter or decline.
-
The buyer pays first.
When the buyer pays, the part is reserved for them. You are not holding a part for someone who may never come.
-
Hand over and get paid.
The buyer comes to your shop and gives you their pickup code. You enter it, and your money is sent to your Mobile Money account.
What it costs
No listing fee. No monthly fee. You only pay when you sell.
- The buyer pays exactly the price you set. Nothing is added on their side.
- From that price, PartsHub keeps a 5% platform fee.
- The Mobile Money fees for receiving the buyer's payment and for sending you your money also come off your payout. Together they are about 3%.
- Your first 3 paid orders are free of the platform fee. The Mobile Money fees still apply.

Questions sellers ask
Which Mobile Money networks can I be paid on?
MTN, Telecel and AirtelTigo.
Which number is my money paid to?
The Mobile Money number of the verified shop owner.
What if the buyer does not come?
The buyer has already paid, so you have lost nothing. If they do not collect within 7 days of you marking the part ready, the order is cancelled, the buyer is refunded, and your part is back on sale.
What if the buyer says the part is wrong?
The buyer can raise a problem before the pickup code is used. The money then stays held until our team has looked at both sides and decided.
Can my staff help run the shop?
Yes. The owner can add managers and choose what each one may do.
What do I need to start?
A smartphone, your Ghana Card, and the Mobile Money number you want to be paid on.
Can buyers ask for a part I have not listed?
Yes. A buyer can post a request for a part for their vehicle. Shops that stock that kind of part are told, and any shop can answer an open request with a price and photos. The buyer's name is not shown until they buy. Fees are the same as for any other sale.
